We want every customer to have a clear and honest shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Our products are made on demand. This means each item is created only after your order is placed. Because of this, our return and refund process is different from regular retail stores that keep ready-made stock.

Made-to-Order Products

All products in our store are made to order.

Once you place an order, the product is printed, produced, and prepared especially for you.

Because each item is made after purchase, we do not accept returns for general reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or no longer wanting the product.

Please check all product details carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We only accept return or refund requests if there is a real issue with the product or order.

Different from what you ordered

If the issue is approved, we will help arrange a suitable solution. This may include a replacement, reprint, or refund, depending on the situation.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us review the issue, please include:

Your order number
A clear description of the problem
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
Tracking Number

We will review the details and work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or wrong design because of a fulfillment mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at truevisionnation@gmail.com

Please include your order number, Tracking Number, and clear photos of the product you received.

Once we confirm the issue, we will help correct the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
Changing your mind after purchase
Ordering the wrong size
Choosing the wrong color
Entering the wrong shipping address
Personal preference issues
Products that were used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Items returned without contacting us first

Please review the product description, size chart, color options, and order details before completing your purchase.

Size and Color Exchanges

We currently do not offer size or color exchanges.

Since every item is made after the order is placed, we cannot exchange products because the wrong size or color was selected by the customer.

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

If there is a fulfillment mistake with the size or color, please contact us and we will review the issue.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at truevisionnation@gmail.com

We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered production.

If the order has already been produced or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Approval

Refunds are only issued after the issue has been reviewed and approved.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment service to process the refund.

The exact time may depend on your payment provider.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or the package was not claimed, we may not be able to issue a refund.

If the order can be reshipped, the customer may need to pay a new shipping fee.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost package claims must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and help you with the next steps.

Items Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check your mailbox, front door, building reception, mailroom, neighbors, or local carrier.

If the package still cannot be found, contact the shipping carrier for more details.

We will try to help, but we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement if the carrier confirms the package was delivered to the correct address.
