We want your shopping experience to be clear from the beginning. Our products are made on demand, which means each item is created after you place your order.
Because each product is made after purchase, the delivery time includes two parts:
Production time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery time
Please read the full shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing and Production Time
All items in our store are made to order.
After you place an order, it is sent to production. During this stage, your product is printed, checked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days.
Production time may be longer during busy seasons, holidays, high order volume, product shortages, or unexpected fulfillment delays.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on both production and shipping.
Your order will not ship immediately after purchase because it first needs to be made.
Once production is complete, your package is handed over to the shipping carrier. The carrier then delivers it to your address.
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location, shipping method, product type, and carrier service.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Time
Shipping time starts after your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.
Domestic orders usually arrive faster than international orders.
International orders may take longer because of customs checks, local postal handling, or border delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
The final shipping cost may depend on:

The number of items in your order
The shipping method available

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking is available for your shipping method, the email will include a tracking link.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately. It can take some time for the carrier to scan and update the package status.

Multiple Packages
Your order may arrive in more than one package.
This can happen when you order different types of products or when items are fulfilled from different locations.
For example, apparel, mugs, posters, hats, bags, and similar items may sometimes ship separately.
If you receive one item first, please allow more time for the rest of your order to arrive.
International Shipping
We may ship to many international locations, depending on product availability and carrier service.
International shipping times can vary by country.
Some international orders may take longer because of customs processing, local postal delays, or regional shipping restrictions.
If shipping is not available to your location, the shipping option may not appear at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local handling charges.
These charges are set by your country’s customs office.
We do not control these charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If your order has not shipped yet, we may still be able to update the address.
Once an order is marked as shipped, the shipping address can no longer be changed.
If a package cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer may need to pay a new shipping fee for reshipment.
Order Changes Before Shipping

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production or has already shipped.
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Delayed Orders
Sometimes orders may arrive later than expected.
Delays can happen because of:

Holiday seasons

Carrier delays
Customs processing
Incorrect shipping details
Local delivery issues

Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at truevisionnation@gmail.com or live support.
Please include your order number and tracking information when contacting us.
Lost shipment issues must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will review the tracking details and help you with the next steps.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check the following places first:
Your mailbox
Your front door or porch
Your building reception
Your mailroom
Neighbors or family members
Your local post office or delivery carrier
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before the package actually arrives.
If the package still cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier for more delivery details.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
A package may be sent back if it is unclaimed, refused, or cannot be delivered to the address provided.
If this happens, we will contact you when possible.
If you want the package shipped again, a new shipping fee may be required.
Please make sure your address is correct and that you collect your package on time.
PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and Military Addresses
Shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or military addresses may depend on the product, carrier, and destination.
Some shipping methods may not be available for these addresses.
If there is a problem with your shipping address, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
Shipping may take longer during busy shopping seasons.
This includes Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year's, and other major holidays.
We recommend placing orders early if you need your item by a certain date.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless a guaranteed shipping option is clearly available at checkout.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
We will always try to help if there is a shipping issue, but carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, customs holds, or local delivery problems are outside our direct control.

Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries or regions.
This can happen because of carrier limits, legal restrictions, or fulfillment availability.
If we cannot ship to your location, the shipping option may not appear at checkout, or we may contact you after your order is placed.
Personalization and Custom Orders
We currently do not offer personalized or custom orders.
All products will print after the customer places an order using the designs shown on our product pages. At this time, customers cannot add names, photos, custom text, or special design requests.
We may offer personalization in the future. If this option becomes available, personalized products may require extra production time before shipping.
We will update this policy once personalization is available.
